Shipping policy

Hi friend! Here's everything you need to know about how your goodies get to you.

Processing time

I pack every order by hand, and most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Cottage Boxes are the one exception: each month's box ships during its theme month — check the box's product page for its exact ship date.

Where I ship

Non-food gifts (paint kits, aroma stones, and other handmade goods) ship anywhere in the US. Food items — baked goods, jams, and treats — are made under Tennessee's cottage food law, so those can only ship within the state of Tennessee.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout using a tiered system based on your order's weight. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.

Local pickup & delivery

In the Henderson, TN area? You can skip shipping altogether! Choose local pickup at checkout and I'll email you when your order is ready to grab in Henderson. If your address falls within my local delivery zip codes, you'll also see a free local delivery option at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it home.

Delays & addresses

Weather and busy holiday seasons can occasionally slow things down — thanks for your patience when they do! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; I'm not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
